A second ‘Fire Emblem’ game is expected to be launched this year

There are likely chances that a second Fire Emblem game can be launched this year. This comes with the recent post of Emily Rodgers, whose recent post in the Familboards has spotted that the title is currently under development. Rodgers said that the game is nearly in the last stage of development, with the three years process of development now coming to an end.

In 2017, Nintendo released two games in the franchise – Fire Emblem: Warriors and Fire Emblem: Echoes. The third in the sequence, Fire Emblem: Warriors: Three Hopes, is already due to be launched in 2022.

However, there are chances that this will now be pushed till 2023, with Rodgers suggesting that Nintendo’s Autumn Lineup is already stacked. However, she doesn’t think that ‘Bayonetta 3 ’ is big enough to be launched to carry an entire month on its own, and thus there will be either Fire Emblem or Metroid Prime HD to back this up.

Rodgers, in the past, has been a reliable source for telling different sorts of Nintendo news. The official date of launch of the Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes is due to be released on June 24th. Now with her telling about the possibility of the launch of the game this year, the fans of Fire Emblem and Nintendo have all new reasons for excitement.
